These terms govern your use of MoyMote, a Windows desktop app with a companion phone panel, made by IronVision Tools. By installing or using MoyMote you agree to them.

What MoyMote does

MoyMote adjusts a connected external monitor's brightness, blue light presets, contrast, volume and Windows HDR, and can black out the screen, put the PC to sleep or shut it down, from the PC or from a phone browser on the same local network. It works over DDC/CI. Built-in laptop screens don't support DDC/CI, and not every monitor supports every control.

Licence

MoyMote is sold through Microsoft Store as a paid app with a free trial. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use it on devices you own or control. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or redistribute it outside Microsoft Store, except where the law allows it.

Trial and purchase

MoyMote comes with a 7-day free trial. Prices, billing and refunds are handled by Microsoft through Microsoft Store under Microsoft's terms; we don't process payments.

Acceptable use

Use MoyMote only to control hardware you own or are allowed to control, and not to interfere with devices or networks that aren't yours.

No warranty

MoyMote is provided "as is". Monitors implement DDC/CI differently, so we can't guarantee that every feature works with every monitor. That's what the free trial is for.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, IronVision Tools is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of MoyMote or the inability to use it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law in your country.

Changes

We may update MoyMote and these terms. When the terms change we update the date above.
